Notification does not respect the format set on "Customer notification"

      Summary

      Changing customer notification (Public comment added) to send bold text only works if the comment is added without any line break.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On customer notification, click on "Edit" for "Public comment added".
      2. Select ${comment} and click on "B" to set the text as bold.
      3. Go to a ticket where the reporter is a customer and the request type is correctly set.
      4. Add a comment with multiple lines.

      Expected Results

      Customer receives the notification and all text is bold or italic or underlined.

      Actual Results

      It only shows the "*", "_" or "+" on the beginning and the end of the text.
