Summary
Changing customer notification (Public comment added) to send bold text only works if the comment is added without any line break.
Steps to Reproduce
- On customer notification, click on "Edit" for "Public comment added".
- Select ${comment} and click on "B" to set the text as bold.
- Go to a ticket where the reporter is a customer and the request type is correctly set.
- Add a comment with multiple lines.
Expected Results
Customer receives the notification and all text is bold or italic or underlined.
Actual Results
It only shows the "*", "_" or "+" on the beginning and the end of the text.
