Resolution: Won't Fix
Will you please consider the allowing the ability for Project Admins to modify the State Date and Time of a ticket after it has already been started? The SLA would also need to reset based on the new State Date and Time.
It looks like I could change the Start Date and Time with an import (assumption) overwrite, but that is not a feasible solution long-term.
