Summary
Discrepancy between the SLA success rate report result, and Excel spreadsheet results when exporting the report and calculating the average in the excel.
Environment
Jira Service Desk - SLA success rate report.
Steps to reproduce
- Access the SLA success rate report;
- Select custom dates and choose a year per month;
- Export the report;
- Calculate the average on excel.
Expected results
The excel and the report should show the same results.
Actual result
The report and excel show different results.
Workaround
None.
