      Problem Definition

      Currently, Google Group is not an actual email account and cannot be configured to be used for an email request.

      Suggested Solution

      Add the ability to configure email request using Google Groups

      Why this is important

      Support implementations before using Jira Service Desk are already using Google Groups as the email to retrieve support cases. This limitation would require a new email account as Google Groups is not currently supported.
