Description
Summary
Wider logos on smaller screens, in JIRA Service Desk portal, are not automatically resized when the portal is accessed from smaller screens and because of this, the profile icon is not displayed unless the user reduces the page zoom.
Steps to Reproduce
- add a larger logo in your service desk portal
- view the portal from a smaller device
Expected Results
The logo is resized in order to all elements be displayed on the screen
Actual Results
The logo is not resized and the profile icon is not displayed on the screen
Workaround
- Reduce the logo width
- Reduce the screen zoom manually to view the profile icon
