IMPORTANT: JAC is a Public system and anyone on the internet will be able to view the data in the created JAC tickets. Please don’t include Customer or Sensitive data in the JAC ticket.
Provide the ability to customize how articles are opened on the Customer Portal
When you access an article which is fixed it at customer portal it opens in a new tab. If instead, you use the search to find the article, the KB is open on the same tab.
It would be nice if we were able to customize and choose if the articles should be opened on a new tab or the same one.
