Summary
Currently, when a customer account migrate to Atlassian Account, any comment added by customer previously (before migrate the customer account to Atlassian Account) will still remain pointing to the old customer account. Only reporter will change pointing to new Atlassian Account.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a customer account.
- Create issue from Customer Portal and add a comment.
- Then, open the user profile from User Management and migrate the account to Atlassian Account.
- Open back the issue created previously , the reporter account change to the new account but the comment author still remains the old account.
Expected Results
The comment author should change to the new atlassian account.
Actual Results
The comment author still remains the old account.
