Remove Add-on users from Workload report

      Problem Definition

      Workload report will list out the agents of the project. Normally, add-on users will be part of the agents role. Due to that, they are listed in the report.

      Suggested Solution

      It will be best to remove add-on users from the report because by right they will not work on any issues.

      Why this is important

      Easier for admin to monitor the report.

            I don't want to discuss any longer with IT Security Team and Management why deinstalled Apps are listed as Agents in reports

            to reinforce trust in in JSM and save time.

            I also need to remove sysadmins from this report... in order to modify certain project settings, Admins need to be given the Agent role, but that also causes them to show up on this report, even though they aren't assignable users... really need this addressed!
