Problem Definition
Currently, when users submit an email request for Service Desk there is no feature that allows admins to restrict the email request for specific email domains.
Suggested Solution
Allow restriction to particular domains for valid e-mails request to avoid spam account creation.

I've reviewed this ticket and this issue is a candidate for our long-term roadmap. We will not be solving this in the short term due to higher priorities. We will reprioritise this after six months.
