Help Center as a landing page, even if the customer has access to only 1 portal

      Problem definition

      When the customer has only access to one portal and the URL https://<instance>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals is given, the customer will automatically be redirected to the portal.

      Suggested resolution

      Have the ability to set if the customer will be redirected to the portal or if they will stay in the Help Center page.
