Problem Definition
Currently, there's no options to set customer permission only to let them view the request , but not able to create any ticket from Customer Portal.
Suggested Solution
Create a customer permission scheme for JIRA Service Desk project to control customer access.
Why this is important
Add flexibility to the project admin to control the customer permission.
