Add wiki markup support to "Field help"

We have marked this suggestion as resolved as URLs are now supported with Field help (and will turn into a hyperlink automatically). We do not intend to provide full wikimarkup support on Field help section at the moment, but if there are other usecase outside of links we will be interested to learn more as well.
