Problem Definition
Currently, when customer transition from Customer Portal , a screen pop up and only "Comment" field exist. There's no way to customize the screen or remove comment field from the screen.
Suggested Solution
- Allow admin to customize transition screen for Customer Portal view.
- Include Attachment field in the screen.
Why this is important
Admin required information from the customer when transitioning the ticket.
