I know that a lot of people have mentioned either allowing multiple projects per service desk.
As a cheap, relatively easy fix, could we add a static link feature to the 'Request Types' in the Customer Portal?
Example:
Technical Desk
- Server Support
- Program Support
- Bug Report
- Sales Support (This could be a hyperlink to one of our other Service Desks)
I think this is a relatively quick work around that would allow customers to seamlessly integrate Service Desks. Also it would allow direct links to other areas if necessary.
