Approvals rendering error when user profile is in French

Summary

When JIRA-user profile is in French, the approvals section of an issue isn't displayed. This also requires the approval condition to be "percentage type" a.k.a. "All approvers" required to reproduce.

Steps to reproduce

1. First check your project settings in issue types
2. Check for the approvers issue type
3. Make sure the workflow for it has "All approvers" required for approval - if not switch it to "all approvers"
4. Create a ticket with multiple approvers.
5. Set your profile language to French
6. Browse an issue where the Issue-type have pending approvals

Expected Results

The pending approval section is displayed accordingly

Actual Results

The message below is displayed:

Workaround

There's no workaround available. It is required to switch the profile language to another one.
