What are the chances you guys are thinking of creating a way to communicate with customers in Jira Service Desk directly from Trello?
What if, inside the service desk customer portal accounts, they were all made 'members' (automatically) to a Trello board? Collaboration in both Trello and Jira Service Desk.
Just a thought.
