provide ability to do accounting of support hours for clients

      It would be handy to have the functionality to do the accounting of support hours clients have purchased. Some businesses sell support hours to clients and want to have reports available on remaining balance hours for each client. It would make sense to have this kind of reporting along with real issues in the service desk.
