      Problem Definition

      Currently, in JIRA and Customer Portal allow to paste screenshot. However, in Customer Portal the filename is always image.png. Due to that, when customer paste multiple screenshot it will display the screenshot image for all file. This is due to the feature request we have , which is Update existing attachment with same name - JSDCLOUD-4100 .

      The behaviour is different when user paste screenshot in JIRA ticket. The filename changed.

      Suggested Solution

      Paste screenshot in Customer Portal will not always use image.png. It best to use date_time.png.

      Why this is important

      Due to the same filename, the customer couldn't paste multiple screenshot. They need to save the screenshot in their local drive and continue to attach it as an attachment.

      Workaround

      Save the screenshot in local drive and attach it as an attachment in Customer Portal.
