Increase character limit for the description field at the new Help Center

      Problem Definition

      The new service desk help center has a limit of 1200 characters for the description field while the old version of the portal did not imply such a constraint.

      Suggested Solution

      Either remove the character limit as it works in the old portal or give the administrators the option to change the character limit for the description field.
