Summary

When you send an email message to JIRA Service Desk with an email address that contains special characters on the local-part, it is rejected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an email address on a provider that allows special characters on the local-part on the email address
2. Send a message to JIRA Service Desk mail handler

Expected Results

Message is accepted and processed accordingly

Actual Results

Message is rejected with the error:
