Dear Jira Support,

I would like to mention requested participants in a comment with the "@"-function (so that they receive a mail that tells them they have been mentioned). At the moment, it seems to be only possible to mention other agents and the author of the request with this function. 

I want to suggest to add this possibility to the Service Desk.
