Changing the Jira language to any other does not translate some fields such as "Organization", "Request participants", "Request Type" fields

1. Go to profile and change the Jira language;
2. Go to any issue and check the Organization and Request Participant fields;

The "Organization" and "Request participants" fields follow the chosen language.

Actual result

The "Organization" and "Request participants" fields still in English.
