Environment

• Jira Service Desk Application 3.3.0-OD-1000.3857.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Chrome > access your instance
2. Have a JSD project running (with description and attachment fields available)
3. Open Powerpoint > Create a presentation or open default ones provided > Copy some text from the presentation
4. Open Customer Portal > Go to create a new request
5. Paste this table in the description field

Expected Results

• JIRA should paste the text within the description field.

Actual Results

• JIRA is attaching the text as an attachment (image).

Workaround

Copy the text from Powerpoint, paste it first into a simple text editor like notepad and then copy it again from the text editor and paste into JSD comments box.
