    Description

      Problem Definition

Customers who are using Jira Service Desk Automation for reminders in their Service Desk Projects would like the Automation to be run as a Generic User rather than the Project Default or the User who triggered the Action

      Suggested Solution

Include a Generic User in Jira Service Desk that Automation can be run as rather

      Why this is important

Some of the Automations that can be configured, like an SLA Alert, should be sent out as a "System Event" or with a Generic User Account so that the Issue History does not imply that a User performed the Action
