Problem Definition
Service Desk Admins would like for their Customers to be able to subscribe to their Confluence KBs for updates that they may make to their documentation
Even if the Customer has been converted to an Atlassian account Customer, unless they are licensed in the instance for Confluence, they are unable to Watch the Pages
Suggested Solution
Include a Watch/Subscribe option in the Service Desk Portal that allows Customers to receive updates to KBs
Why this is important
Service Desk Admins would like a way to share updates with their Customers through their Confluence KBs
