      Problem Definition

      Currently, the available variables are limited. Admins would like to be able to select more variables to expand automation capability.

      Suggested Solution

      Add more variables in automation. eg: Due Date

      Why this is important

      This would allow admins to automate a lot more than what it is able to do currently.
