    Description

      We have a problem if our service agents are going to vacation or are ill.

      If the agent is a lead or component lead, new issues are assigned to them. But they can't work currently, so someone else has to look into there account.

      Another problem is, that the e-mail account of the agent is configured with "auto-reply" in they are not in the office. They are not only agents, they do also other work in the office, so it is iomportant to inform people, that they are not availble. But the auto-reply will also respond to the Jira service desk notification if a new ticket is raised. So the reported will see "your contact is currently not available" which is not what we want.

       

      We need something like a "holiday replacement". That we can configure, that "Agent a" is currently in vacation and his replacment is "Agent b". For that timeframe, all notifications must also go to "Agent b".

       

      Currently we have to reconfigure all leads if they leaf the office which is pretty annoying
