Description
Problem Definition
Currently, it's not possible to choose the recipients of comments in Jira Service Desk tickets. There are only two options, Share with customer and Comment internally. Therefore there's no way to control the recipients of comments unless you add them as participants in the ticket.
Suggested Solution
Provide a way to choose more recipients to receive the notification from comments on tickets.
Why this is important
This can provide more flexibility in notifying certain users about a ticket without the need of adding them as participants in the request.
