Allow ordering the "Email confirmation to" field in the Customer Portal

    Description

      Problem Definition:

      • Currently the "Email confirmation to" is located at the bottom Top of the Create Request portal and cannot be moved/ordered differently.

      Suggested Solution:

      • Allow ordering the field.

      Why this is important:

      • By allowing admins to order the location of the field would allow admins to determine which important field should be displayed first
