Summary
In order to mention a customer in the a request in the customer portal, it is necessary to use 'username'. But since the customer migration, the username is a global id, which causes it to be not user friendly when performing the action.
With the customer migration, it should be possible to mention the customer using the e-mail address, which is not working in the moment.
Environment
Jira Cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- In the request page (portal view), type 'e-mail address', and click on add. It won't have any result;
- Now, try 'username' (the id). This is the only way to have it work currently.
Expected Results
It should be possible to mention the customer using e-mail address.
Actual Results
It is necessary to use the full id.
Workaround
Using the id will have the mention function work.
