Ability to Configure the Help Center to be the Default Redirection

      Problem Definition

      Currently, when a customer is only given access to one customer portal or by default if the help center has only one customer portal, the customer gets a default redirection to the customer portal page with the portal number in the URL. 

      On the other hand, if the customer is apart of multiple customer portal or if all the customer portal are made public, the customer is redirected to the help center by default. 

      There is no way to set the default to the help center regardless of if the customer is apart of one customer portal or all the customer portal.

      Why This is Important

      Allow the Jira administrator to configure the customer portal and help center redirection to tailor to the customers experience.
