Description
Problem Definition
If a customer is a member of an Organization, raising a ticket through the JSD Widget, it is not possible to automatically share the ticket with the Organization.
Suggested Solution
Provide the widget the ability to share the ticket to the customer's Organization.
Why this is important
When an existing user uses the widget, the ticket can be shared with other people from the organization, without the need of agents to do manual work.
