Description
Problem Definition
Currently when an email is sent to the email request to create a request, the Request Created notification will be sent to the customers involved as a new thread instead of a reply to the sent email.
Suggested Solution
Send the Request Created email notification into the same email thread as the sent email which creates the request.
Why this is important
It is more natural for all the users involved to use the first thread instead of another which is initialized by Jira
