Description
Summary
JSD customers notifications are not sent in the language configurated as default in the project
Environment
- Cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure JIRA instance default language to one language (i.e., English);
- Configure another language as the default language for the service desk project (e.g., german/spanish).
- Open a request through support mail address from an email with no account associated to it (new account).
Expected Results
All notifications regarding the open issue being sent in service desk project default language e.g., German/Spanish.
Actual Results
All notifications regarding this issue are sent in the instance default language (English).
Notes
- As the user had not configured a language in his profile, it is expected that the default project language be used;
- The language used for the initial notifications is independent of the customer's browser language.
