Ability to hide "Did this article help?" option of Knowledge base in Portal

      Problem Definition

      Currently, it's not possible to hide the option "Did this article help?" in articles suggested at Customer Portal.

      Suggested solution

      Provide the ability for Jira administrator to hide this option.
