Stars in Satisfaction Survey in Outlook 2016 Client Can't Be Clicked Properly

Summary

This issue occurs specifically for the Outlook 2016 desktop client. When a satisfaction survey is sent to the customer and the customer opens that email, there are a total of 5 stars for each rating. If you focus onany of this stars, the right hand side of star can't be clicked properly, when you click on it, it does not open a link and instead just highlights the star. The left side of the star an be easily click and generates a link as intended. 

Environment

Outlook 2016 Desktop Client 

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a Service Desk Project, create an issue as a customer.  
2. Make sure the Satisfaction Setting in the Jira Service Desk is configured and turned on. 
3. Resolve that issue as an agent, this will generate the customer satisfaction survey
4. As a customer, open the Outlook 2016 client and access the notification with the satisfaction survey
5. Click on any one of the 5 stars to the "right side" of the star, you will notice it does not trigger a link generation and open the web page with the survey.

7. Click on any one of the 5 stars to the "left side" of the star, you will notice it does trigger a link generation and open the web page with the survey.  

Expected Results

Able to click on any part of the "star" to generate the survey link in the browser. 

Actual Results

Only able to be click on the left side of the "star" to generate the survey link in the browser, right side of the star is not responsive. 

Workaround

The only workaround would be to use the Web Application Outlook client as the star can be clicked on both sides without any issue.
