Problem Definition
Currently, customer portal form only can be set based on Request Type. It will be better if admin can have another layer of field configuration that is based on Organization.
Suggested Solution
Have another option in Request Type field configuration. Allowing to set field based on Organization
Why this is important
Allow admin to have a different form for each organization
