Description
Summary
If an Issue Type that is associated with a Request Type is deleted, JIRA will fail at changing the default support language on that Service Desk Project
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new issue type. Let's call it "Travel"
- Go to the SD project and create a new Request Type, using "Travel" as the Issue Type.
- Add at least 1 custom field to the Request Type.
- Go to JIRA Administration > Issue Types and delete the "Travel" Issue Type
- Back to the SD Project, try changing the default language for the project.
Expected Results
The default language of the project is updated
Actual Results
The following error pops up:
JIRA logs show the following:
Uncaught exception thrown by REST service: FD-86: Failed to copy translations of project 10004 from Lingo to original table: The request type you are trying to view does not exist.
