Unable to change the default language of a project if a Issue Type is deleted.

      Summary

      If an Issue Type that is associated with a Request Type is deleted, JIRA will fail at changing the default support language on that Service Desk Project

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new issue type. Let's call it "Travel"
      2. Go to the SD project and create a new Request Type, using "Travel" as the Issue Type.
      3. Add at least 1 custom field to the Request Type.
      4. Go to JIRA Administration > Issue Types and delete the "Travel" Issue Type
      5. Back to the SD Project, try changing the default language for the project.

      Expected Results

      The default language of the project is updated

      Actual Results

      The following error pops up:

      JIRA logs show the following:

      Uncaught exception thrown by REST service: FD-86: Failed to copy translations of project 10004 from Lingo to original table: The request type you are trying to view does not exist.
