Description
When a customer email address is added to a JSD project, s/he is unable to login to the portal without his/her password being reset.
Steps to reproduce
- Add a customer email address to a JSD project
- Ask the customer to login via the portal page (note that the password doesn't exist, but no indication is given to the customer).
Expected results
The portal page should display an error showing that the login credentials are incorrect.
Actual results
The login progress icon is displayed with no sign of stopping (see screenshot below.)
Workaround
Reset the customer's password in User Administration and ask him/her to use the correct password.
