      Thank you for sharing your feedback. We evaluated this ticket and understand that this is something we need to improve on. However, we will not be able to prioritise this at the moment as there are other items in the short term roadmap which are higher priority. We will definitely get back to you once we pick this up in our short term roadmap.

      Problem Definition

      There is no way to disable portal automatic responses. If an admin has disabled the notification Customer-visible status changed for instance, then no notification/response should be made in the portal when that status has changed.

      Suggested Solution

      1. The portal should abide by the rules set under customer notifications
      2. Ability to edit portal automatic response settings

      Workaround
