      Summary

      There is currently no way to store additional information about Organizations. It would be useful for organizing all the organizations and keeping track of additional information about each organization, like who created, deleted, and the date created/deleted.

      Suggestion

      Allow the storage of additional information for organizations. This can be via properties, key-value pair, or anything else. These should also be searchable via the Issue Navigator if possible

            Not sure if my thoughts can be done as part of this request or if a new one needs to be raised.

            We can now enable Customer Service Management which allows us to organise and set custom fields on these Organisations, is it possible to pull the job title for the customer from their Jira Profile also any contact information for that user too.

            It would also be good if we can use Smart Values for the organisation fields

            Currently, users can store info about Organization industy and type.

            We are also interested by this feature. A simple key-value store attached to an Organization and usable in queries, configurable in UI (and usable in automation, so that the value for a key could be put in a standard field so as not to impact the existing tools and ticket view) would be great for simple use-cases.

            One our customer would like to match an internal team (group) who cares about particular organization, so it could work similarly like component lead for components, for example; to provide notification to the team about their customers/organization etc. - each team cares about different customer organizations...
