Thank you for previously raising this feature request and bringing it to our attention.
Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each feature request but admit that not each one will be implemented. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this ticket to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira Service Management Cloud users. Summary
As of now, the Jira Service Desk comes bundled with Jira Core, even if Jira Core has basic board functionality, Jira Service Desk cannot link to Jira Core board at the current stage but this can be done with Jira Software and Jira Service Desk.
It would be great that Jira Service Desk issues can be collected and viewed via the Jira Core board functionality as it ships together and thus would help with management and utilizing the Jira Core feature to the best.
