I want to use the new JSD Widget on my website's pages. In order to do that, I need to enable the login-free portal functionality as instructed here

If I do this, i no longer have the ability to capture the reporter when a customer uses the JSD Portal to log a ticket. I need to know the reporter so that I can match the newly created request with others that the customer has created.

This is currently stopping me from implementing the JSD Widget on my website's pages.
