Thank you for previously raising this feature request and bringing it to our attention.
Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each feature request but admit that not each one will be implemented. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this ticket to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira Service Management Cloud users. As a Customer Support manager, I want to be able to add new custom translations in order to provide our customers with proper support level.
We need to make customer portal and knowledge base for Slovenian market with Slovenian language. As we use Jira Service Desk Cloud we can't use Translation for Jira Service Desk
We need a solution to add a new language, even if we have to translate everything manually, that is not currently on the list of supported languages.
I even tried to download Slovenian translation from Translations@Atlassian but I can't upload it.
Any help that would resolve our issue would be very appreciated, here is the community discussion
