Currently, I can't use the widget without a login-free portal.  Our company has security concerns over opening our portal to the public.  We don't want the public to view our bugs and discussions.  Also, we don't want random people adding issues.  Forcing a login-free portal does not make sense at all.  The issue collector works just fine for people not logged in.
