      Images download as HTML from Customer Portal

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Attach a .jpg image to a JSD Cloud issue
      2. From customer portal, attempt to download image with in-line preview window
      3. File downloaded is .html not .jpg

      Expected Results

      File downloaded should be same as file uploaded

      Actual Results

      An html file is downloaded

      Workaround

      Right click image and select "Save image as"
