      We are marking this issue as closed because it is a duplicate of JSDCLOUD-5989 which has received more traction. We suggest voting and watch the ticket there as the source of truth.

      Summary

      While https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4391 is more on disabling of CSAT ratings, it will also be great to have a feature that allows deletion and removal of customer feedback entirely (both CSAT and worded feedback) from a specific JIRA Service Desk project.

      This will allow administrators to have more control and management on the CSAT page so that unnecessary/irrelevant feedback will not clutter up the CSAT page.
