Default request type icon is not black and white as all other new icons

      Summary

      A while ago all system request type icons were replaced with black and white icons. The only one which is the default icon is still purple

      Steps to reproduce

      Project Settings -> Request type -> new request type

      Expected results

      default icon has the same stile as other - black and white

      Actual results

      default icon is purple
