Description
Summary
When trying to raise a new request, the page is showing blank.
Customer Impact
No one can raise new request from customer portals
Steps to reproduce
- Set the profile language to non-English like Chinese, Russian, Japanese, etc
- Go to customer portal
- Click on any project
- Click on any request type
Expected Result
A form with list of fields is showing so users can fill in the form to raise the request.
Actual results
A blank page is showing
Notes
- The pages are working when using English as the profile language.
- This also happens when trying to view the request when using non-English as the profile language.

Workaround
Support Team confirmed non-English users (such as Chinese and Japanese) are affected.
If you are still affected, go to Profile page and change your language setting to "English" (UK or US).
