Error message is not displayed if request type is used by email channel and admin is trying to enable jira fields

      To reproduce

      Go to request type settings, set a field to be required. Problem was observed when setting Labels, Attachment, Priority, Due date fields. It seems to be field-agnostic.

      Expected

      Clear message why the field cannot be set to be required is shown explaining the failure reason

      Actual

      Nothing happens. Browser console reported a 412 PUT https://gerrytan.atlassian.net/rest/servicedesk/1/servicedesk/98/request-type-fields/visible/411 error.
